Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, environmental studies, or related science; equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years of relevant environmental experience or internships.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational/analytical skills; experience recording/writing detailed data and reports a plus.
• Strong spreadsheet and database comprehension.
• Detail-oriented with hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance on environmental impact assessments and renewable energy projects.
• Prepare plans, permits, and reports for wetlands, storm water, NPDES, and wastewater programs for renewable energy and related electric transmission projects.
• Perform environmental compliance assessments and implement corrective actions to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct field work, including ecological field studies.
• Provide general environmental compliance support to clients, including on-site assistance as needed.
• Compile and evaluate data and assist in report preparation.
• Perform tasks within scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring quality of deliverables.
• Support ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers to deliver exceptional client value.
