The Central Valley Flood Protection Board (CVFPB) is responsible for ensuring standards for flood control systems in California's Central Valley. This position serves as the CVFPB's Tribal Liaison, facilitating government-to-government consultations, attending Tribal Advisor Meetings, and integrating tribal considerations into flood management policies.

Work location: Sacramento with a hybrid telework arrangement.
Department: Central Valley Flood Protection Board, Natural Resource Management and Planning Division.
A valid California Class C driver license is required. Ability to work in adverse conditions and ascend/descend slopes is necessary.
