Metric Geo is seeking a highly experienced Remediation Engineer / Project Manager to lead complex environmental remediation projects in a consulting setting. You will oversee investigations, design, and construction phases, coordinating with clients and regulators to ensure successful project outcomes.

The role demands a PE license, 6+ years of remediation consulting experience, and strong communication skills to mentor staff and win new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 6+ years of experience in environmental remediation consulting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute remediation projects from investigation through design and construction.
• Serve as Project Manager for multi-disciplinary teams with schedule, budget, and quality control.
• Lead preparation and review of technical reports, remedial action plans, and regulatory submittals.
• Interface with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff on technical and project-related tasks.
• Support business development through proposals and client relationships.
