Winter Environmental seeks a Senior Project Manager – Environmental Remediation to lead complex remediation and environmental construction projects across the Southeast and Eastern United States. This leadership role emphasizes mentoring teams, growing client relationships, and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing environmental remediation/construction/heavy civil projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, and risk management skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong client relationships and communication skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, remedial designs, and contracts documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple environmental remediation and environmental construction projects from turnover to completion.
• Mentor project managers, project engineers, and field personnel.
• Develop project execution strategies prioritizing safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, contracts, procurement, and financial performance.
• Build and maintain client, engineer, contractor, and regulatory relationships.
