Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. seeks a Project Scientist - Environmental Solutions in Irvine, CA to support field-based environmental investigations and remediation under our Environmental Solutions Practice.

You will work with experienced staff on site characterization, sampling, regulatory coordination, and reporting, with travel across the Northeast US and frequent field assignments. A Bachelor's degree in geology or environmental science and current 40-hour HAZWOPER are required.

Qualifications

• Fieldwork on environmentally impacted sites and adherence to safety plans.
• Documentation of field activities and data collection for regulatory submittals.
• Experience with site reconnaissance and sample collection.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring and sampling (soil, groundwater, air).
• Support field investigations, remediation activities, and site operations.
• Prepare field logs and assist with technical reports.
