HDR seeks a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead environmental studies, permitting, and NEPA documentation within our Environmental and Regulatory Team. You will guide cross‑functional teams, develop client relationships, and drive opportunities in power and transportation markets.
You will oversee budgeting, QA/QC, and regulatory coordination, with travel for client meetings. A strong background in environmental permitting and leadership is essential to deliver high‑quality NEPA

HDR is looking for a Senior Environmental Project Manager for our Environmental and Regulatory Team.
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong working knowledge of, and relationships across, the environmental regulatory landscape and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process in the U.S.
This role requires expertise in Section 404/401 permitting and third-party EA/EIS documents. You will manage projects across all phases—from routing and siting to construction compliance—while leading environmental permitting and NEPA documentation efforts.
