Job summary

Terracon is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support environmental remediation and assessment projects under the Florida DEP Waste Cleanup Contract in Florida. The role will coordinate with project managers, technical teams, subcontractors, and the client to maintain schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring compliance with FDEP guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 6+ years of related experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT preferred (if applicable).
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for projects under the FDEP Waste Cleanup Contract.
• Support project managers with scheduling, tracking, budgeting, and milestones.
• Prepare and review project documentation per FDEP guidelines.
• Track budgets, costs, and forecasts for projects.
• Liaise between internal teams, subcontractors, and FDEP representatives to ensure clear communication.
