Job summary

Amazon Senior Manufacturing Environmental Program Integration Lead will shape and execute scalable infrastructure for MOTO Environmental compliance across multiple sites. You will own EMS integration, SOP governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing Ops, Real Estate, Legal, and Sustainability to drive regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

7+ years in safety or environmental programs within manufacturing, production, or other relevant experience.
Experience in environmental compliance, permitting, waste management, and regulatory assessments.
Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the program strategy for MOTO Environmental compliance infrastructure - setting the multi-year roadmap for legal registers, EMS configuration, RACI governance, SOP library, and MBR/WBR reporting.
Develop and own the strategic architecture for scalable environmental compliance infrastructure that supports rapid new site activations with playbooks and activation-to-steady-state transitions.
Own and manage the EMS integration - site hierarchy configuration, data field architecture, and training within EMS; coordinate with vendors on configuration changes and issue resolution.
Define the SOP library structure, maintenance cadence, and ensure currency and regulatory reflection across all sites.
