TYLin is seeking a Senior Environmental Planner based in our Ontario office to support infrastructure decisions with integrated environmental, social, and economic analyses.

The role focuses on environmental review, NEPA, CEQA, and collaboration with government agencies, including data collection, regulatory permitting, and public involvement. TYLin offers a competitive compensation range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in environmental planning or related field required.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Federal and California environmental policy, including environmental review, climate action, and Environmental Justice.
• Technical proficiency: MS Office, ArcGIS, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare planning analyses and reports for environmental reviews (NEPA, CEQA).
• Collect and organize data from research, government agencies, map reviews, field investigations.
• Prepare regulatory permit applications (CDFW, USACE, RWQCB).
• Support natural resources field work and public involvement activities.
