Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 6–10 years of experience in environmental and natural resources law and related litigation.
• Outstanding legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and supervise junior associates and paralegals.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on environmental regulatory issues under federal and state laws.
• Obtain and maintain permits and ensure compliance, including reporting.
• Respond to government investigations, enforcement actions, and citizen suits.
• Provide litigation support, including drafting pleadings and managing records.
