Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Environmental and Natural Resources Attorney in San Francisco, CA. This hybrid position offers the chance to work with a dynamic team across California offices including Fresno, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, San Rafael, and Walnut Creek.

You will manage environmental, toxic tort, and habitability litigation, conduct motions and discovery, handle hearings and trials, and mentor junior associates while building a statewide environmental practice.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of environmental law experience.
• Experience with Clean Water Act, Porter-Cologne, ESA, CERCLA, RCRA.
• Land use experience is a plus.
• CA Bar admission is required.
• Distinguished academics and excellent references.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental, toxic tort, and habitability litigation cases.
• Conduct motion practice and discovery processes.
• Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with a growing team and mentor junior associates.
• Contribute to the development of a statewide environmental practice.
