Van Ness Feldman is seeking a litigation counsel with 10+ years of experience to lead major matters and mentor junior associates in Seattle. The role sits in our Litigation, Enforcement, and Investigations group and involves trial work plus occasional non-litigation responsibilities.

The attorney will handle depositions, drafting and discovery, and will work with major environmental statutes and regulations in a hybrid Seattle office setting.

Qualifications

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active admission or eligibility to practice in Washington State.
• Ten+ years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant litigation matters as first chair for local/state matters.
• Mentor junior associates through training and delegation.
• Support non-litigation matters as needed within the practice group.
