Job summary

WGI is seeking a motivated senior-level Environmental Scientist or Engineer to participate in various Environmental and Remediation projects. The chosen candidate will lead assessments, permitting projects, and manage multi-disciplinary teams across Florida.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. or M.S. in a relevant discipline and over 15 years of experience in soil and groundwater remediation. WGI offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in soil and groundwater assessment and remediation.
• PG or PE certification is a plus.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental assessment, remediation, and permitting projects.
• Provide technical assistance for commercial real-estate acquisition.
• Support WGI Project Managers to effectively manage projects.
• Perform fieldwork to support environmental projects.
• Prepare high-quality technical presentations and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
