Job summary

ProSource is seeking an Environmental Group Manager in Minneapolis for a hybrid role with extensive travel. You will provide technical leadership in permitting and NEPA compliance, oversee environmental studies, and guide permitting strategies for energy infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years in environmental consulting or related field.
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
• Experience permitting and environmental review for energy projects.
• Experience managing staff and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of NEPA and state environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives for energy-sector clients and partners.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for permitting and compliance.
• Oversee NEPA reviews, biological and cultural studies, and permitting applications.
• Guide permitting strategies for linear infrastructure and renewable projects.
• Manage staff, allocate resources, and drive performance reviews.
• Track budgets, revenue, and profitability; ensure health, safety, and QA standards.
