Job summary

Oneida ESC Group is seeking a Mid-Level Geologist, Engineer, or Environmental Scientist focused on technical writing to support environmental restoration projects at Edwards Air Force Base in California.

The role involves leading creation of high-quality CERCLA/RCRA documents, coordinating across teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting multiple USACE districts and federal agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Engineering, or Environmental Science with experience in CERCLA/RCRA documents.
• Experience editing RI/FS reports, work plans, decision documents, and regulatory deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality deliverables with minimal templates.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of technical and regulatory documents for CERCLA/RCRA projects.
• Serve as principal author for complex environmental documents.
• Coordinate document development across multidisciplinary teams to deliver on schedule.
