Job summary

GeoEngineers is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer or Scientist for our San Diego, CA office. The role provides technical leadership on environmental investigation and remediation projects, oversees field data collection, and mentors junior staff.

You will plan field explorations, interpret data, and develop design and permit documents. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in environmental consulting, strong proposal and report writing skills, and knowledge of local, state, and federal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil/environmental engineering, geology, or environmental science. Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of environmental consulting or related professional experience.
• Skilled in managing environmental field investigation and cleanup construction projects.
• Ability to independently prepare and lead proposals, work plans, data reports, RI/FS reports and design drawings/engineers estimates.
• Working knowledge of Local, State, and Federal permitting processes.
