EKI Environment & Water, Inc. is seeking a Practice Leader for Environmental Due Diligence in Irvine, CA. You will lead Phase I ESA programs, guide technical delivery, and collaborate with regional directors and staff to grow the practice.

The role emphasizes leadership, client engagement, and strategic growth in a national scope. You will mentor staff, ensure high-quality reports, and expand services with existing clients while developing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or related discipline required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in environmental consulting.
• Experience with ASTM E1527, EPA AAI rule, and due diligence standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Ability to develop business opportunities and lead project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide Phase I program leadership and execution across offices.
• Provide senior technical leadership for Phase I ESAs and related assignments.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate scope, budgets, and schedules; ensure QA/QC and consistent reporting.
