V3 Companies seeks a Due Diligence Group Manager to lead the environmental due diligence group on career-defining projects across North America. You’ll oversee Phase I ESAs, environmental compliance audits, and consulting for real estate transactions.

You will evaluate diverse property types, manage multi-site teams, and develop technical proposals while mentoring project teams to meet budget and schedule goals. Leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, health, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental due diligence, compliance evaluations, and applicable EH&S laws and regulations.
• Certification or licensure in field of expertise (preferred).
• Proven ability to assess diverse property, industry, and transaction types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage clients, teams, contractors, and regulators.
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the environmental due diligence group.
• Projects may include Phase I ESAs, environmental compliance audits, and consulting for real estate transactions and redevelopment.
• Evaluate varied real estate, business transactions and industrial operations.
• Analyze environmental impact, compliance issues, and legacy liabilities; provide findings and options.
• Coordinate and manage due diligence products, including multi-site portfolios and teams.
• Support development efforts, including technical and cost proposals to grow diligence work.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and support project teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to the One Team culture.
