Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to drive data analytics capabilities across environmental services. You will work with digital teams, SMEs and practice leaders to develop analytics tools, manage IP/R&D investments and grow a team of practitioners delivering analytics-enabled client solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience.
Proficiency in analytics and IP management.
Experience with environmental data analytics platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate available data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental data applications.
Collaborate with sales teams and CDM Smith’s digital subsidiary on technical sales, design and delivery of analytics solutions.
Coordinate with local, national and international technical teams to expand capabilities.
Grow a team of environmental data analytics practitioners and foster development.
Identify conferences and groups to enhance technical visibility and promote capabilities.
Develop processes for evaluating ideas and initiatives for innovation investment in analytics.
