Job summary

CDM Smith seeks an Environmental Data Analytics Discipline Leader to drive analytics capabilities across environmental services and work with the firm’s digital teams. This role involves coordinating with multi-disciplinary engineers, scientists, designers, and technical staff to deliver advanced environmental solutions.

The leader will manage IP and R&D investments, grow a team of analytics practitioners, and collaborate with marketing to expand market reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel is contingent on workload.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data analytics technologies and platforms for environmental applications across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with sales teams and the firm’s digital subsidiary on technical sales, design and delivery of analytics solutions.
• Coordinate with local, national, and international technical teams to expand capabilities.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives related to environmental data analytics.
• Engage with discipline leaders and SMEs to identify ideas for analytics innovation and investment.
