Qualifications

• Experience in environmental permitting, compliance, or corporate transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary legal support on environmental/regulatory matters for Marathon units.
• Advises on compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
• Supports environmental permitting for new projects and due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Interacts with federal, state, and local regulators and collaborates with internal clients.
