ERM seeks a Senior Consultant, Environmental Biologist/Ecologist/Scientist in Richmond, VA to lead field investigations, assess wetlands and protected species, and support permitting across infrastructure, renewable energy, and energy sectors.

You will work with ERM's nationwide team to deliver environmental assessments, write technical documents, and help manage risk while developing your career within a global sustainability leader.

Competenze

• BS in environmental science, biology, natural resources, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years (5 years preferred) of relevant environmental experience or internships.
• Comfort with field work and outdoor conditions.
• Experience performing wetland delineations using USACE manuals and regional supplements.

Mansioni

• Perform wetland delineations using the USACE manuals and regional supplements.
• Provide technical analyses and environmental documentation for projects.
• Conduct field surveys and collect data, write reports, and develop recommendations.
• Support permitting and compliance across infrastructure, renewable energy, power, oil and gas, technology, and land development projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client value.
