Qualifications

• BS or MS in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a related field.
• Professional licensure or certification.
• 10+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• Proven success managing projects, developing clients, and winning work.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations, including RCRA, CERCLA, and related compliance programs.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth & Build Relationships: Expand and strengthen client relationships through strategic business development and networking, develop proposals and win impactful environmental projects, serve as a trusted advisor on compliance and regulatory trends.
• Lead Meaningful Environmental Projects: Manage multiple projects with quality, budget, and schedule; provide technical leadership in environmental engineering/science; prepare reports and permits.
• Mentor & Inspire Teams: Lead multidisciplinary project teams, mentor early-career professionals, serve as senior technical reviewer within area of specialization.
• Make an Impact: Help clients solve complex environmental challenges and advance sustainability, resilience, and responsible development; champion safety and collaboration.
