Job summary

AES Eagle Valley Generating Station seeks a Senior Environmental Analyst to support and manage environmental compliance across federal, state, and local requirements. You will guide permitting, reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role offers collaboration with regulatory agencies, training for Operations and leadership, and opportunities to contribute to AES's sustainability goals at the Eagle Valley site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of environmental compliance experience in regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in air/water/waste, reporting or monitoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and site obligations.
• Collect, verify, and analyze environmental data for reports and records.
• Ensure inspections, tests, and reports are completed on time.
• Manage the Environmental Management System for the site.
