Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and ability to obtain a U.S. government clearance.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise vulnerability management and risk remediation.
• Experience with large asset environments (>30,000) and cloud workloads.
• Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and BOD 22-01 compliance.
• Proven ability to design risk-based prioritization and automation strategies.
• Experience with AI/ML for vulnerability prioritization and reporting.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise vulnerability management program across diverse assets.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee vulnerability scanning, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with service areas, system owners, cloud admins, and infrastructure teams.
• Develop and mature risk-based prioritization methodologies.
• Drive remediation activities aligned with federal directives including BOD 22-01.
• Design automation to improve data collection, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop enterprise dashboards and executive visualizations using Power BI/SharePoint.
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and continuous process improvement.
