Job summary

The Walt Disney Studios is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of internal tools used by artists, production teams, and studio operations. You will lead end-to-end design across multiple enterprise applications, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design in enterprise software.
• Experience designing enterprise or B2B software applications.
• Strong systems thinking to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Excellent interaction, information architecture, and visual design skills.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking.
• Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing.
• Experience contributing to or building scalable design systems.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC, AI-assisted tools).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across multiple enterprise applications from discovery to implementation.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define strategy and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Design desktop-first experiences that simplify complex enterprise workflows while balancing user needs, goals, and constraints.
• Plan and conduct user research, translate insights into actionable design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency, accessibility, and visual quality.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI within enterprise products to improve workflows.
• Present design work to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and storytelling.
• Facilitate workshops, critiques, and cross-functional design discussions.
• Manage multiple projects with strong craft and attention to detail.
• Stay informed on evolving design practices and AI capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve design processes and collaboration.
