Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries is seeking a Test Engineer to provide client management support and validate hardware and software across enterprise environments. The role emphasizes testing, defect tracking, and alignment with security standards in a government-facing context.

Applicants should have 5–8+ years in enterprise IT test labs, experience across multiple platforms, and the ability to support test automation and deployments. Certifications are preferred but not required, and U.S.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise IT test lab or endpoint validation environments.
• Structured hardware and software testing across multiple platforms.
• Experience documenting test results and identifying defects.
• Experience validating deployments.
• Experience supporting test automation.
• Ability to ensure alignment with configuration, security, and release standards.
• Relevant certifications preferred but not required.
• Ability to hold/maintain a U.S. government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive hardware and software validation testing across enterprise environments, including endpoint imaging, application compatibility, patch and release validation, and infrastructure changes.
• Document results, identify defects, and support automation of test processes.
• Ensure compliance with configuration and security standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to validate readiness for production deployment.
