Job summary

Synertex LLC seeks an Enterprise Systems Integrator to support IC enterprise integration across multiple programs. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and 8+ years in high-security environments, focusing on end-to-end integration, SDLC governance, and secure system validation.

The position involves collaborating with government stakeholders and contractor teams to ensure interoperability, governance compliance, and alignment with mission priorities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required.
• 8+ years in system integration and IT project management in classified environments.
• Experience with end-to-end testing, system integration, and validation.
• Familiarity with ICDs and ISAs and secure IT systems.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, HIVE, Confluence and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration and end-to-end system implementation of mission IT applications, meeting system security policies, operational requirements, and performance benchmarks.
• Facilitate interface testing and validation to ensure interoperability and compliance between subsystems and existing classified IT environments.
• Provide assistance to detailed technical assessments for contractor-delivered artifacts, ensuring that deliverables meet governance standards, technical specifications, and mission requirements.
• Conduct test planning, execution, and reporting, including regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate system capabilities and readiness.
• Utilize expertise in the SDLC to contribute to requirements analysis, technical design reviews, readiness planning, and monitoring of deployed systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation like ICDs, ISAs, and SEPs to facilitate system integration and security compliance.
• Actively collaborate with ITS staff, contractor teams, and programmatic leads to strengthen communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Facilitate process alignment and cross-enterprise collaboration, optimizing decision-making, milestones, and unified objectives.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices to resolve integration inefficiencies and enhance communication across domains.
• Provide integration support to ensure program activities align with ITS mission, backlog, and baselines.
• Assist KPI evaluation and system performance analysis for leadership insights.
• Coordinate with ITS staff to create and support forums, reviews, and alignment of deliverables with requirements.
• Manage configuration control by documenting baselines using SharePoint, HIVE, Confluence, and other tools.
• Maintain version-controlled repositories to ensure transparency and traceability of changes.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with information handling and security requirements for classified systems.
