JW Affinity IT designs, implements, integrates, and supports enterprise systems and infrastructure across district data center, cloud, and endpoint environments. You will lead complex troubleshooting, automation, capacity planning, upgrades, resiliency, and technical projects while developing standards and operational documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years enterprise systems engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, virtualization, networking, storage.
• Experience with cloud/hybrid infrastructure, security hardening, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Certifications preferred: Microsoft, Linux, VMware, cloud.
