Job summary

St. John’s Prep in Massachusetts seeks a Systems Administrator- Enterprise Applications & Endpoint Management to maintain and secure the institution's enterprise systems, including Blackbaud, Canvas, Jamf Pro, and Google Workspace, ensuring reliable technology services for faculty, staff, and students.

You will work with academic and administrative teams to optimize processes, provide Tier II/III support, participate in after-hours maintenance, and help keep systems compliant and well-documented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years experience administering enterprise applications and endpoint management.
• Experience administering Blackbaud, Canvas LMS, Jamf Pro, and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Blackbaud, Canvas LMS, Google Workspace, Zoom, and related systems.
• Configure integrations between enterprise apps via APIs and automation.
• Maintain endpoint management for macOS and iOS devices with Jamf Pro.
• Provide Tier II/III support and collaborate with MSP.
• Maintain documentation and change management records.
