Job summary

Meta seeks a System Architecture Engineer to lead system development for the DEC organization, setting technical direction across enterprise platforms and data architectures. Qualifications

B.A. or B.S. in information systems, CS, engineering, construction management, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years in enterprise systems architecture delivering large-scale programs.
3+ years in design/construction systems and integration tools/APIs.
Experience leading full-cycle implementations end-to-end.
Experience communicating complex technical problems across disciplines.

Responsibilities

Set technical strategy for assigned systems and drive major initiatives.
Lead planning, development and rollout of initiatives with data-driven decisions.
Own product KPIs, adoption metrics, and business value demonstrations.
Design solutions architecture including UI workflows, integrations, and data layout.
Lead end-to-end delivery of major system implementations and upgrades.
Mentor systems engineers and build cross-functional capability.
