CharterUP is seeking a data-driven Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to design, source, and cost transportation solutions for large enterprise opportunities. You will partner with Sales and Operations to understand requirements, develop cost models, and build competitive program costs while balancing cost, feasibility, and service quality.

About the Role

CharterUP is seeking a data-driven, execution-focused Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to support the design, sourcing, and costing of transportation solutions for some of our largest and most complex Enterprise opportunities.
Enterprise Sourcing serves as the procurement and supply strategy function supporting CharterUP’s Enterprise business. The team partners closely with Sales and Operations to understand customer requirements, assess operational feasibility, develop sourcing strategies, identify the right operator partners, and build accurate and competitive program costs.
This role goes well beyond collecting quotes. Enterprise opportunities can vary significantly in size, geography, complexity, and operating requirements. The Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist must be able to understand the full scope of an opportunity, identify potential challenges, evaluate different supply solutions, and make sound recommendations that balance cost, operational capability, service quality, and risk.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and commercial skills with operational thinking, negotiation ability, and relationship-building. Transportation or mobility experience is strongly preferred, but candidates with relevant strategic sourcing or procurement experience in complex service environments may also be successful.
