Job summary

The City of Westminster, CO, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support mission critical enterprise applications in the IT Department. This role focuses on technical application support, troubleshooting, enhancements, upgrades, and data integrations, with emphasis on SQL, SSRS, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Power Platform across public safety apps.

The position requires at least four years of related experience and involves collaboration with customers and vendor support,

Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise software applications.
Proficient in Microsoft SQL, SSRS, SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform.
Knowledge of cloud-based/SaaS environments with focus on security and availability.
Experience with SOAP/REST API design and testing.
Ability to pass CJIS background check.

Responsibilities

Design, coordinate, and maintain the usability of the City’s major software applications and enterprise systems.
Provide application support and analysis for public safety software, including upgrades and enhancements.
Perform technical project management for implementations and improvements.
Create training materials and user documentation for customers and internal teams.
Communicate with customers and IT staff to provide project updates and resolutions.
