Job summary

Tanium is hiring Enterprise Services Engineers to work with customers on remote or on-site engagements. You will operate and maintain the Tanium platform across modules to achieve outcomes in operations, risk, compliance, assets, and security.

Work with Support Engineers, CSMs, and Sales to drive customer success. You will troubleshoot, document best practices, and provide technical direction to customer IT staff while collaborating with teams on strategic activities within large enterprises.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years IT/Consulting experience.
• 5+ years Systems Administration/Engineering experience.
• Hands-on Tanium experience is a major plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize, administer and maintain the Tanium Platform to solve complex technical issues independently or with teammates.
• Identify opportunities for customers to derive greater value from the Tanium platform.
• Convey customer needs clearly through verbal and written communication.
