Job summary

Charlie Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Corporate Security Engineer to design, build, and operate security controls protecting the corporate environment, endpoints, SaaS platforms and cloud services. You will lead security automation and AI security initiatives to enable safe, scalable operations.

You will partner with IT, Security, Compliance and engineering teams to advance a Zero Trust strategy, identity-centric controls and data protection while maintaining secure, compliant

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience designing, building and operating technical security controls.
• Experience securing identity, endpoints, SaaS platforms, cloud services and internal systems.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including MFA, conditional access, least privilege.
• Experience with MDR/EDR/SIEM and cloud security tools.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust, device trust and secure system design.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Security, Engineering and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate security controls across Charlie Health’s corporate environment.
• Develop detections, alerts, dashboards, and runbooks with security tooling.
• Partner with IT Engineering, Compliance and business teams to improve security posture.
• Support AI security initiatives and secure AI adoption across teams.
• Ensure controls align with HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST, and other regulatory requirements.
