Job summary

KBR’s National Security Solutions team seeks an Enterprise Risk Manager and System Engineering Support to advance risk management across GEOINT, SIGINT, Transport, and Enterprise Integration portfolios. The role covers risk capture, mitigation, and enterprise-level SE across multiple domains, with on-site work in Chantilly, VA.

The candidate will collaborate with engineering, requirements, and architecture teams to strengthen risk frameworks, perform CoA evaluations, and support RMF artifacts,

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• 10–15+ years’ systems engineering experience in government acquisitions.
• Strong communication and ability to interface with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Capture and categorize technical risks, issues, and opportunities (RIOs).
• Develop and document risk mitigation plans and remediation strategies.
• Maintain RMF artifacts, risk registers, and SEPs.
• Facilitate meetings and present risk impacts on design requirements and interfaces.
• Assist in conducting engineering assessments, CoA evaluations, and trade studies.
• Demonstrate understanding of the overall systems engineering process.
• Support enterprise risks, issues, and opportunities process.
