Job summary

SAIC is hiring for an Enterprise Project Manager to join a PMO team supporting a major state & local government customer. The PM will manage projects, establish requirements, and develop schedules and budgets to meet contractual obligations.

Key duties include monitoring performance, reporting on program-level schedule and quality, and mitigating risks to meet productivity and client satisfaction. Strong PMO experience and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing projects and scheduling, with PMO background a plus.
• US Citizen status required.
• Experience in ITSM and ServiceNow
• PMP certification is required; ITIL/CSM preferred.
• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years related experience or Master’s with 8+ years.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and defining project plan requirements.
• Developing schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements.
• Monitor and report performance against plans; ensure cost and schedule objectives.
• Report on program level schedule and quality adherence; identify/resolve risks and issues.
• Maintain compliance with Virginia Commonwealth standards and procedures.
• Apply industry best practices in project management.
