Job summary

LRS Consulting Services is seeking a strategic Program Manager for our client in Central Illinois. This contract-to-hire role requires leading enterprise-wide initiatives across Information Security, Infrastructure, Data, and Application Development.

You will align projects under a common program, manage risks, and drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will mentor Project Managers, establish governance, and communicate effectively with executives to ensure delivery excellence

Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
Experience leading enterprise-wide programs and portfolios.
Experience across Information Security, Infrastructure, Data, and Application Development.
Experience with governance frameworks, program controls, reporting, and accountability.
Ability to mentor Project Managers and drive accountability.
Strong executive communication skills.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methods.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide programs and strategic initiatives across multiple domains.
Align multiple projects under a common program structure and drive successful execution.
Establish governance, drive accountability, and manage risks and dependencies.
Provide leadership to Project Managers and mentor teams for delivery excellence.
Produce dashboards, executive reports, and project artifacts for stakeholders.
