Jazwares, LLC has a full-time opening for a Sr. Enterprise Portfolio Architect in Plantation, FL 33324.

JOB DUTIES:

The Senior Enterprise Portfolio Architect works closely with the Senior IT leadership team and business leaders to maintain program alignment with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include assisting project and solution architects in tracking and delivering program objectives and benefits, managing process infrastructure for planning and execution of portfolios and sub-projects, and proactively communicating progress to stakeholders. The role also involves identifying and managing program risks and issues, understanding project dependencies across systems such as ERP, Cloud, Data Platform, and Integrations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide central management and control of enterprise architecture program work to achieve strategic objectives with short-term and long-term goals.
2. Lead the organization and partners in defining and managing the Program Management Plan, including schedule targets, milestones, resource sharing, and KPI publication.
3. Establish program plans with resource projections (time, cost, personnel, facilities, equipment).
4. Manage within scope, schedule, and budget constraints, tracking schedule, cost, and activities.
5. Manage relationships between the program team and functional areas, understanding the value for stakeholders.
6. Plan and monitor activities to meet enterprise architecture program goals across all stages and domains.
7. Serve as the primary interface and communication point between internal functions, outsourced activities, and architects.
8. Work with leaders to project resource and skill needs for future programs.
9. Monitor progress of services and projects, ensuring alignment with service level agreements and taking corrective actions as needed.
10. Act as an escalation point for program risks, issues, baseline changes, and dependencies.
11. Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues.
12. Track milestones and progress, prepare and deliver presentations to executive teams.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, plus 60 months of experience in application architecture involving ERP, Integration, and Automation architectures using platforms like SAP, Workato, or Mulesoft.

SPECIFIC SKILL SETS:

5 years’ experience in application development, integration, data management, product management, strategic planning, and architectural standards in Windows, MSSQL Server, or SaaS platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite required.

3 years of experience in project management, facilitating programs across large organizations, using tools like Smartsheets and Planview, and familiarity with SCRUM, Integration Architecture, Business Architecture, KPI reporting, and IT Service Management tools.
