Uber is seeking a Senior Enterprise Partner Manager to own strategic growth with major grocery and retail partners in the US. You’ll lead a team of Account Coordinators, coordinate with Product, Legal, and Operations, and drive joint business planning with executives to align on long-term strategies and product roadmaps.
The role blends data analysis with high-level negotiations to scale a business unit redefining convenience in on-demand commerce.
As a Senior Enterprise Partner Manager, you will be the primary architect of growth for Uber’s most strategic grocery and retail partners. You’ll operate at the intersection of commerce and technology, managing high-stakes relationships with C-level executives while leading a team of Account Coordinators to ensure flawless operational execution. This role is about moving the real world by transforming how traditional retailers adapt to the on-demand economy, requiring you to bridge the gap between digital strategy and physical retail logistics.
The environment is fast-moving, ambiguous, and high-pressure. You will navigate complex internal matrixes—collaborating with Product, Legal, and Operations—to unblock partner growth while simultaneously mentoring your team to thrive in a high-accountability culture. We are looking for a strategic leader with an "owner mindset" who can pivot from deep data analysis to high-level negotiation without missing a beat. If you are energized by the challenge of scaling a business unit that is redefining convenience, this is where you will grow.
This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook — it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves — we'd love to hear from you.
You may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation, as well as a range of benefits.
