Job summary

Inovalon in the United States is seeking a Business Management & Execution Lead to serve as the operational backbone of the organisation. You will own the BU's operating system, governance, and performance management, and partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Product, Engineering, GTM, and central Business Performance teams.

You'll design and run annual planning, OKRs, dashboards, and executive reporting, drive cross-functional initiatives, and raise the bar across enterprise-wide performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy, or equivalent senior roles.
• Experience influencing at SVP/EVP/C-suite level with cross-functional alignment.
• Deep fluency in enterprise performance management and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the BU's operating system: governance, decision rights, accountability, and performance mgmt.
• Lead annual planning, align priorities with Finance and central teams into BU OKRs and roadmaps.
• Own executive reporting, dashboards, and strategic narratives for CEO/Board.
• Identify systemic gaps and drive cross-functional solutions with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Product, Engineering, GTM and central Business Performance teams.
