Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT/Networks.
• 3-5 years supporting enterprise network/telecom infrastructure.
• Experience with Cisco and Fortinet technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise-wide wired and wireless network infrastructure.
• Manage routers, switches, firewalls, APs, and telecom equipment.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and coordinate with teams and providers.
• Administer WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and voice systems.
• Manage telecom services, circuits, carrier relationships, and service requests.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor network security and help implement corporate standards.
• Maintain network documentation, inventories, diagrams, and SOPs.
• Provide Tier II support for incidents and on-call rotations.
