Job summary

XPECT Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Network Configuration/Performance Analyst to support our Federal Government clients in Huntsville, AL. You will oversee network configurations, performance analysis and security controls for complex enterprise environments.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, 100% onsite work, and deep expertise in networking, security tools, and automation. Collaboration with government staff and project leads is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance, with ability to obtain SCI.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite at the customer facility.
• Minimum of seven years of experience designing, developing, and implementing network solutions.
• Knowledge of web applications, web servers, load balancers and storage systems.
• Experience configuring and monitoring cryptographic devices.
• Strong knowledge of security tools and methodologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, ACLs).
• Advanced scripting/coding (Python, Go, Perl, Bash) for network automation tasks.
• Experience providing senior-level engineering support in large enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior SME in monitoring and analyzing enterprise networks.
• Provide expert guidance and support to Government, Project Lead, and other Network Analysts.
• Review work against government standards and provide feedback to the Project Lead.
• Stay current on network trends and best practices; recommend improvements to customer systems.
• Provide high-quality customer service in all interactions.
• Use the Enterprise Network Monitoring Platform to analyze network performance data.
