Job summary

Pace Industries, LLC is seeking a Senior Network Architect to design and implement enterprise and multi-datacenter networks, spanning routing, switching, fabric, and security. You will act as a senior technical resource, mentor teammates, and drive complex projects.

The role is remote with periodic travel to the Seattle area and up to 10% overall, focusing on architecture, automation, and vendor evaluations to strengthen network and security posture.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of enterprise network design, installation, and upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI, and switching technologies.
• Expertise in BGP/OSPF design, troubleshooting, and multi-site optimization.
• Cisco ACI and SDA architecture proficiency.
• Security posture concepts and NAC implementations using vendor platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, resilient network solutions across routing, switching, fabric, and security domains.
• Lead complex troubleshooting of routing, fabric, switching, and firewall policies.
• Architect and maintain Cisco ACI and SDA fabric environments.
• Configure and manage BGP/OSPF for multi-site networks.
• Implement automation and IaC for configuration consistency and policy deployment.
• Mentor engineers and participate in on-call rotations.
