Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, deploying, and operating enterprise networks.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, QoS.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise hardware (Cisco/Juniper/Arista).
• Experience with 802.1X, NAC and network security implementations.
• Automation skills in Python and IaC.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional network projects.
• Willingness to travel and participate in on-call rotation.
• Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE/JNCIP/JNCIE/PCNSE preferred.
• Experience with monitoring tools and cloud networking (AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate network infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Lead security implementations including 802.1X and policy management.
• Own monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning.
• Architect and scale LAN/WLAN/VPN environments with routing protocols.
• Build network automation and IaC tooling.
• Create standards and runbooks; maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and other teams; support launches.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in on-call rotations.
