Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a highly experienced Supervisor, Network Engineering to design, implement, and maintain enterprise networking for our global locations from Houston, TX. The role emphasizes LAN/WAN, wireless networks, cloud integrations, and strong security postures across on-site environments.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in enterprise networking, CCIE or equivalent certification, and proven leadership in network design and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Network Engineering, or Associate's degree with extensive relevant experience.
• Minimum 15+ years of enterprise networking experience with demonstrated expertise.
• Strong background in complex routing, switching, and advanced network security.
• US work authorization is a precondition of employment; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-scale network solutions across global locations.
• Manage enterprise switching/routing environments and SD-WAN implementations.
• Configure routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and implement network security controls.
• Lead network projects from conception to implementation and document standards.
