Job summary
PROENERGY is seeking a high‑level Supervisor, Network Engineering to design, implement, and maintain enterprise networking across global locations. The role emphasizes LAN/WAN, wireless networks, cloud integration, and network security for office environments and business applications.
Reports To: VP IT Operations. Location: Houston, TX; onsite only. Expect strong technical skills in modern networking and support for digital transformation initiatives with remote work capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Network Engineering, or an Associate degree with extensive relevant experience.
- Minimum 15+ years of enterprise networking experience with demonstrated expertise.
- On-Call rotation for network emergency response.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect enterprise-scale network solutions for global locations.
- Configure routing protocols and manage enterprise switching environments.
- Lead network design and implementation projects from conception to completion.
- Develop network topology designs for high availability and performance.
- Implement zero-trust architectures and secure access solutions.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity teams on advanced security policies.
