Job summary

Ascension is seeking a senior networking engineer to own and optimize enterprise load balancing and application delivery platforms, ensuring high availability and performance across critical business apps.

You will serve as the senior escalation point for complex Layer 4–7 traffic issues, lead root-cause analysis, and drive automation initiatives across F5 BIG-IP, Citrix ADC, and VMware AVI environments.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in network engineering
• Proven experience with load balancing in large-scale enterprise environments
• Expert-level knowledge of Layer 4–7 protocols (HTTP/S, TCP, UDP, SSL/TLS, DNS)
• F5 BIG-IP platform certifications (CTS or higher)
• Citrix ADC certifications (CCA-N / CCP-N or higher)
• VMware NSX/AVI-related certifications

• Own and optimize enterprise load balancing and application delivery platforms for availability and performance.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex traffic management and restore service in HA environments.
• Drive automation and optimization across F5, Citrix ADC, and VMware AVI platforms.
