Job summary

The Bowen Group, a GTSC Company, seeks an Enterprise IT Architect to define target-state architecture across multiple program locations, interfacing with government stakeholders and engineering leads to translate mission requirements into scalable, secure solutions.

Immediate availability is preferred; current TS clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility is required. Travel of 25-50% will support activities across program locations and associated governance, risk, and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise IT architecture experience, including in classified environments.
• Strong network, systems, and security architecture understanding.
• Experience leading large geographically dispersed teams.
• Familiarity with security authorization processes and NIST RMF.

Responsibilities

• Lead enumeration and documentation of technical baselines across multiple sites.
• Design target-state network and systems architectures for secure facilities.
• Develop security authorization roadmaps per NIST RMF in collaboration with ISSO.
