Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Integration Architect to lead the design and evolution of large-scale microservices ecosystems built on modern cloud-native stacks. The role requires deep expertise in service decomposition, domain-driven design, and secure, observable architectures at scale.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive architecture initiatives across platforms like Kubernetes, and ensure resilience and performance in a 100% remote US environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Eight or more years of software engineering experience, with several years in architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in microservices design, domain-driven design, and distributed systems patterns.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and service mesh technologies.
• Proficiency in at least one major backend language such as Java, Go, or C#.
• Strong understanding of API design, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous messaging.
• Experience operating high-traffic, latency-sensitive systems in production.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and managed services across at least one major provider.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead architecture initiatives spanning multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of large-scale microservices ecosystems built on modern container platforms and cloud-native technology stacks.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on service decomposition, domain-driven design, and architecture best practices.
• Ensure resilience, observability, security, and maintainability of the estate across platforms.
